Sides of Beef For Sale
At Circle L Ranch we take great pride in the side of beef products we offer our customers. For over 40 years we have raised our Limousin and Angus cattle on our ranch in Burbank, Ohio just minutes from Akron, Canton, Cleveland and surrounding Northeast Ohio areas. The open pastures and grazing provide a wonderful habitat for our more than 300 head of cattle where they have easy access to fresh clean water, abundant feed and wide open spaces to roam. This provides a less stressful environment for our cattle, and is a primary reason we don't need to give our animals antibiotics and additional hormones.

All sides of beef are special orders, lead time is about 2 weeks. All product comes frozen packaged in boxes.
What to expect, what you get & placing an order
Following are details on what is included with our sides of beef. All sides of beef are special orders, and lead time is 1-2 weeks. Make sure you have enough freezer space to accommodate a side of beef. For reference, a 1/8 side is approximately 60-65 lbs, 1/4 side is 125-135 lbs, 1/2 side is 255-265 lbs, and a whole is 510-530 lbs. Please note these are final net weights after processing and trimming. Our natural product is more lean than other producers providing less fat and more usable meat. All product comes frozen packaged in boxes. (box size 19.5"x12"x9"). Pickup can be arranged in Wadsworth at the Galaxy Restaurant or at the farm in Burbank or we can provide free delivery within 30 miles of Wadsworth, Ohio.
